For Online Order :

Check the product while the delivery man is at your place. If the product does not meet your expectations(Colour/Size/Quality), please return it by delivery man with only delivery charge.

(Once the deliveryman has left your place with the payment, there is nothing else for us to do).

For Experience Centre :

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (reciept or order confirmation) is required.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges only - no refunds.
